Dunlop Tires USA

We are more than happy to be together again with Dunlop. All the years of racing in Europe, Coach Can and Dunlop were always in a relationship. Finally, this story moves on in the USA. There was never a oher tire as the Sportmax, Can had more trust in. Take a look at the picture below (campaign for Dunlop Germany) and you supposed to know why.

The number one criterion, the price, is way under comparable tires, and Dunlop provides free shipping as well.  The second is grip, which is beyond all doubt. Perhaps this Qualifier 2 is not the fastest tire on the race track (we’re talking about 1 or 2 tenths of a second), but will offer the best feedback for sure.  The third criterion, the mileage, is the best you can get for the grip/money you spend.

                Why do I like it? Because the front tire is the best when entering a turn. And believe me, my trail braking into the turn is bare-bones! Furthermore, these tires basically don’t need a “perfect” setup. Our Superbike-Coach bikes are fast on the track as well as on the street, without any complications. In fact… I put 5,000 miles on the street with Dunlop Qualifier 2 tires, and the next day I did a lap time of 1:51,whatsoever  on the Buttonwillow Raceway though.

Can Akkaya, head coach of the Superbike-Coach Corp uses Dunlop Qualifier 2 Tires

                I was very happy about the Dunlop USA engagement with Superbike-Coach Corp, because I personally like the Dunlop philosophy and their enthusiastic attitude to Motorsport. I know that very well, because Dunlop Germany and England were sponsors of mine for half of my racing career “back in the days”. However, I feel like I’m ‘back home’ on the Qualifiers and look forward to a long relationship with Dunlop USA, just like I had in Europe.

                What I can say about those Qualifier 2 tires is pretty clear. You actually don’t need to have a look to the details to see the differences compared to Dunlop’s competitors… it’s obvious. Especially if you consider the typical criteria to choose a sportbike tire, which are… theprice, the grip level, and its mileage.
