Our friends at Rent-E-Motos are coming with their fleet to Thunderhill Raceway

I just can’t wait to get our track days at Thunderhill Raceway West going on 10/31/ and 11/1/2026.

It’s been too much fun and since we do two consecutive days including overnight camping- we also have the pleasure to hang out with our riders and to celebrate Halloween.

We’re in a dilemma though… our rental bike fleet is booked up for that weekend, but since our friends from Rent-E-Motos are coming out- they will be bringing their entire ebike rental fleet. So don’t worry renting these as those bikes are not the typical ebike toys. Those are for real.

Even if you don’t rent one for an entire track day with us- they have models that can be rented per session. Means- just in case you wanna try an ebike- or in case something is wrong with your bike but you want to finish your track day. How cool’s that?!

Here are their rental conditions and options, as well as contact to go secure one, but don’t forget to also get our track ticket. That doesn’t come with their bikes automatically.

Rent-E-Motos Bikes Available for Rental at Thunderhill West with Superbike Coach Corp!

Looking to try something different at the track? Rent-E-Motos is bringing a fleet of electric motorcycles to Thunderhill Raceway West for Superbike Coach’s October 31–November 1 event, giving YOU the chance to experience electric performance on track without having to own or transport a bike. Bikes will be available for single sessions or all day rentals. This will likely be the first ever event in Northern California to offer electric motorcycle rentals for track use. Whether you’re curious about what an electric motorcycle can really do when the road gets twisty, or you’re already sold on electric and want to put one through its paces, this is your chance. We’ll have a limited number of bikes available! if you’ve been wondering what the buzz is all about, come find out for yourself!

Rates: $275 for all-day use or $50 per session.

1. Renter is responsible for all damages to the motorcycle, regardless of fault. This includes crashes, tip-overs, damage caused by other riders, and damage from misuse (Including mechanical or other damage from abusive riding). Normal wear on tires, brakes, belts, or other consumables are not the responsibility of the renter.
2. No Damage Waiver- Rent-E-Motos does not offer a damage waiver to cap your liability in the event of a serious wreck.
3. Deposit Is Not A Cap- A minimum $700 deposit is required, as well as a signed credit card authorization form, and will be released back to the renter’s original payment method upon return and inspection of the motorcycle. Higher deposits may apply to some riders or bikes. Damage exceeding the deposit is the renter’s responsibility and will be charged to the card on file.
4. Repair Charges- Charges are based on actual repair invoices, or OEM parts (and labor if repair requires shop assistance, otherwise labor is not billed), with documentation provided upon request. Excess amounts are due within 14 days of invoice receipt. Lost rental income while the bike is being repaired may also be charged at the daily rate.
5. Minimum Age- Renter must be 21 to rent a motorcycle for track use. Renters under 21 may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may require additional deposit. We may assign a bike based on experience, or decline a rental.
6. Named Rider Only- The bike may not be ridden by or lent to anyone other than named renter. Any violation of this rule will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.
7. Gear- Renter must wear all safety gear required by the track and/or organizer.
8. Motorcycle condition will be documented at the time of handoff by photo and/or video and mutually signed off by both parties. Any existing damage will be noted.
9. We may end a rental at any time if the bike is being ridden in an unsafe manner or contrary to track or organizer rules, with no refund.
10. Reservations are confirmed once the signed agreement, ID, deposit, and card authorization have been received.
11. Cancellation Policy- The same cancellation policy that Superbike-Coach Corp enforces will be in effect:
    1. More Than 14 Days Before the Event
    2. If you cancel more than 14 days before the scheduled event:
       1. A partial refund is available, less a $25 cancellation fee per booked spot.
       2. Rescheduling is available without loss.
    3. Within 14 to 7 Days Before the Event
       1. If you cancel or wish to reschedule within 14 to 7 days before the scheduled event:
       2. No refunds are available.
    4. Within 7 Days Before the Event
       1. If you cancel within 7 days before the scheduled event:
       2. No refunds are available.
       3. Standard rescheduling is not available.
    5. No-Show Policy
       1. Failure to attend a scheduled event for any reason does not qualify for:
       2. Refunds
       3. Credits
       4. Transfers
       5. Rescheduling

Reserved spots cannot be recovered once the event has begun and may have prevented another participant from attending.
