Coach – I had SO much fun at CSD1! I learned a LOT and rode away that day feeling more confident and ready for MORE. I’m really looking forward to CSD2 now. Can’t wait for 9/18. :-)

This was my first track experience and I had a blast at Lil 99.. I stayed late to work on all the tips Can dished out, and can’t wait to get back for Class 2, or a Track Day that he hosts!

    Superbike-Coach Corp.

    Coach: Can Akkaya

I started riding dirt motorcycles in high School then changed over to street bikes. I put my passion for riding on hold when I started a family. Now my kids are grown and out on their own. In 2012, I returned to my passion for riding and purchased a Honda Goldwing. My 2012 Wing now has 156,000 miles as I ride every day and enjoy the freedom of the open road. Because I do not have a four wheel vehicle, I use my motorcycle to visit my customers who are local and some long distance. I also take coast to coast trips to visit my kids and grandkids annually as well as take vacations on my Wing.

I have taken several motorcycle classes on how to ride motorcycles at low speed and Goldwing Road Rider Association classes. I decided to take the Superbike-Coach class to help me learn the proper way to do cornering on a heavy, long motorcycle. Coach Akkaya is a very good coach and helped me improve the way I take corners.

The class was fun because I had the only touring bike as most were sport bikes. Coach Akkaya was very friendly and answered every person’s question and tailored the answer for the style and experience of rider. I learned what I was doing wrong in setting up and doing my corning. The skills Coach Akkaya can be used on various types of motorcycles.

At the end of the class, I gained so much knowledge I now have the skills to be a better motorcycle rider.
