What does Day 1 entail? How much track time? How big are the riding groups? I’m a street rider but curious about track. Thanks!
Justin, this is what’s covered in Day 1:
Dealing with fears
Viewing and focusing
Shifting and gear choice
Ideal lines and judgement
Body positioning (all types)
Classroom/track ratio is about 60:40 (+ most of the time Coach let’s people riding on the track after the class :)
There are never more than 10 students on the track.
