POLICY, WAIVER, RULES & REQUIREMENTS
Last Updated: June 1, 2026
General Terms & Acceptance
By booking any Superbike-Coach Corp program, service, event, coaching session, or rental online, you acknowledge and agree to all policies, rules, requirements, and waivers contained on this page.
In addition, all participants must review, agree to, and sign the applicable waivers and course-specific documents on-site prior to participation. Failure to agree to or sign any required document may result in denial of participation without refund.
Please read these policies carefully and ensure that you fully understand and agree to them before reserving a spot in any Superbike-Coach program.
Superbike-Coach Corp reserves the right to modify class agendas, schedules, policies, terms, and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any revisions become effective immediately upon publication on this website.

No-Show Policy

- Refunds
- Credits
- Transfers
- Rescheduling
Reserved spots cannot be recovered once the event has begun and may have prevented another participant from attending.
Peek Protect
Participants who elect to purchase Peek Protect during registration may cancel their reservation subject to the terms and conditions of Protect Group.
If a participant cancels at least 24 hours before the scheduled event, eligible refund requests must be submitted directly to Protect Group. Additional fees associated with Peek Protect are non-refundable. Participants are encouraged to review Protect Group’s terms and conditions for complete eligibility and claim requirements.
Reschedule Me Deal
Superbike-Coach Corp may assist participants in preserving the value of a booking that must be rescheduled through the Reschedule Me Deal.
This option is intended for committed students and is available only when the participant registers for additional Superbike-Coach programs, regardless of any existing bookings already on file. The purpose of this arrangement is to provide an opportunity to receive a credit toward a future class date rather than losing the value of an existing reservation.
Please note that when a reservation is rescheduled within 14 days of an event, the original cancellation and rescheduling policy has already been applied. The applicable cancellation window does not restart, reset, or renew based upon the newly assigned class date.
By accepting a rescheduled date through the Reschedule Me Deal, participants acknowledge and agree that the original refund, cancellation, credit, and rescheduling rights have already expired for that booking. Any additional classes purchased as part of the Reschedule Me Deal are non-refundable because they form part of the agreement.
Within 14 to 7 Days Before the Event
- Purchase one additional ticket for any Superbike-Coach program.
- Superbike-Coach Corp will move the original reservation to a future available date.
Within 7 Days Before the Event
- Purchase two additional tickets for any Superbike-Coach program.
- Superbike-Coach Corp will move the original reservation to a future available date.
Rain Policy
All scheduled programs, events, and services are conducted rain or shine. Track access will remain available and classroom sessions will proceed as scheduled or may be adjusted as necessary. Participation in riding sessions during wet conditions remains the decision of the participant.
The Head Coach reserves the sole right to determine whether on-track coaching will continue during rain conditions and may substitute sideline coaching or other instructional formats as deemed appropriate.
No partial refunds, full refunds, rain checks, credits, or rescheduling options are available due to weather conditions. The term “rain or shine” reflects standard operating practices utilized by racetracks, riding schools, and track-day providers.
Reservation of Reschedule Rights
Superbike-Coach Corp reserves the right to reschedule classes, events, or services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Illness
- Equipment malfunctions
- Facility issues
- Operational requirements
- Other circumstances that may affect the ability to conduct the event
Every reasonable effort will be made to notify participants as soon as possible if rescheduling becomes necessary. Participants will be contacted using the information provided during registration. There will be no penalty or charge associated with rescheduling initiated by Superbike-Coach Corp due to circumstances beyond its control. If a cancelled event date falls outside the 14-day cancellation window, participants retain all rights otherwise available under this policy, including applicable refund rights. If a participant cannot attend the replacement date, Superbike-Coach Corp may offer participation in the Reschedule Me Deal.
Insurance, Liability & Incident Policy
Superbike-Coach Corp does not provide:
- Health insurance

Participants are solely responsible for maintaining any insurance coverage they deem necessary. All incidents occurring on track or during participation remain the responsibility of the participant.

Optional Damage Protection Plan
Participants may choose to purchase the optional Damage Protection Plan when renting a motorcycle.
Without Damage Protection

- Superbike-Coach Corp will retain the entire security deposit.
- Additional charges may apply if damages exceed the amount of the security deposit.

As with a standard vehicle rental agreement, the security deposit will be authorized and held on the participant’s credit card. If no damage occurs, the security deposit will be released in full.
