Each one of us loves motorcycles and we love to work with a passion which is hard to find somewhere else. Everyone rides, and just that fact makes a difference for our students:

I’m a third year film student at UCSC and a part time moto enthusiast. My first bike was a 2008 Kawasaki Ninja 250. Since then I’ve owned a 2007 Yamaha R6, and I currently ride a 2013 Suzuki DRZ 400 supermoto. As filming and motorcycle riding are two great passions of mine, working for Superbike-Coach is a great place to hone in my skills on and off the bike.

Grew riding in the desert of Southern California to racing motocross in the 70s at Indian Dunes to motocross in the late 80s. Currently, I’m riding a Ninja 650R Twin. I’ve been the Superbike-Coach photographer since November 2014 and first met Coach Can when I took his October 2014 Wheelie Course…been drinking “the Kool-aide” ever since.

My name is Marion Akkaya, I am Coach Can’s wife and I am riding a Ninja 250. I always had a favor for motorcycles because of my husband, who was a bad-ass racer back in Germany. I love working with Coach Can because he has a lot of knowledge to share. His lessons are straight forward and his teaching style has the right amount of discipline, humor and sometimes sarcasm.

My name is Ruslan Pugach. Ive been riding/racing for about 8 years now. I started with Dirt Biking, went onto Street Riding, Supermoto, and now I am currently racing amateur motocross. There is nothing I love more than motorcycles. So, to be working as a assistant coach with SBC is a privilege. Seeing people progress, the big smiles, and being around motorcycles all day is awesome!

The coach gave clear directions, and was up front about everything. I felt confident in what I learned when I left. I am new to riding. Not even knowledge of the shifter. I felt I like I could get a motorcycle and have a basic of what to do. Me personally, I will need some more lessons. 1 on 1 lesson is what I chose and I will probably take more lessons as I advance.

You won't find a better coach anywhere, guaranteed! Coach Can is a retired moto GP racer with a plethora of skills both on and off the track. I have taken classes: knee down/body positioning and all three cornering schools. I signed up for the wheelie and track day. I honestly learned more in one day with coach than all my track days combined.

Finished the cornering day 3 classes. This whole program is simply amazing . I had so much fun and learned so much even after 20 years of riding . The staff there are super knowledgeable very funny and just plain awesome. I recommend this course anyone who's been riding and wants to advance their skills even more both for safety and skill. Every time I rode away after a class, I could tell that my writing was already better. Thank you, Coach and all the staff for providing a fantastic experience!!

Really improved my motorcycling abilities and gained confidence through coach‘s guidance and his amazing team. Edited this review because I think these pictures should speak for themselves! They say pictures speak a thousand words but in reality there were many impactful incremental steps and lessons learned between then and now. Before and after. Coach Can is an extremely knowledgeable mentor that truly cares about his students and their safety on and off the track. He can communicate and simplify complex motorsport concepts in ways that make it easy for a novice to understand. With his targeted drills, you have the opportunity to practice new skills in an encouraging and safe environment. These skills will make you a safer, faster rider. I've taken 3 of his cornering classes so far and can say that I've never felt more confident and comfortable on my bike. I highly recommend his programs for anyone looking to develop their skills! I recently took the "Cornering Day 1" class with Coach Can, and it was great! Coach's expertise made the learning process both fun and effective. The course was well-organized, focusing on lessons followed by practice on the track, which I felt greatly improved my lines and attitude on the road and track making me a safer rider for sure. His attitude and personality really make the course. And of course... he "knows his [expletive]"! I'm already signed up for Cornering Day 2 and the Road Skill course. Highly recommend Coach Can for anyone looking to build up their riding skills!

I sat on the idea of taking the Cornering classes for a while. Recently, I made a solid decision that I’ll invest in myself by signing up to be a better rider. I finally experienced Day 1 of the Cornering class and I wish I would’ve done it sooner! When Coach Can and his team goes through each lesson, you can feel and hear their passion. That’s the type of teacher that’s willing to pour his heart sharing his knowledge so you can succeed. This is the Coach I’ve been looking for to take my riding skills to the next level from street to the track. Had an awesome time at a Day 1 class with Coach Can, who's not just any instructor, but a pro-racer turned super-coach! We got to hit the track, and got to follow his lines and learn how to see corners like a pro! I learned a ton about how to trust the bike and tires, how to visualize my lines. Coach Can is the real deal – honest and extraordinary knowledgeable. Plus, his team is all kinds of awesome. The part where we practiced emergency stops? Absolute game changer, it will save your life! If you wanna up your riding game and have a blast doing it, this is the place to be. Big thumbs up to Coach Can and his crew!
